The FCAT Undergraduate Conference is a yearly opportunity within SFU\u2019s Faculty of Communication, Art and Technology\u00a0that allows students to showcase their work, processes, and research in one day event. The 7th annual conference was held at the SFU Goldcorp Centre for the Arts and revolved around interdisciplinary ideas of \u2018Space.\u2019 Featuring 80 students\u00a0in over 40 presentations, \u2018Space\u2019 included an extended performance and ten art installations located across two sites in the building.\u00a0<\/span>In collaboration with the Conference\u2019s Technical Assistant Colin Williscroft, I worked with the participating artists to exhibit these projects in a professional setting by\u00a0facilitating preparations, and the timely\u00a0install, and breakdown of the two\u00a0exhibition sites.<\/p>\n
